Kasumi leaned forward, resting the palms of her hands on the lip of the window. “So, you were just a scientist before the Cylons attacked your homeworld?” She was assuming he was either a rich scientist or a rich playboy with time on his hands. No one ended up with 3 degrees and a doctorate without one or both of those options.
